Before any assignment, we meet with our client, their manager and sometimes their colleagues and staff. This background work helps us to design a coaching contract that forms the basis of our programme. This contract is critical to the success of the coaching programme, as it expresses the objectives of the programme and also the client’s willingness to make changes.
